Resep sambal ijo, resep sambal hijau padang
bahan - bahan :
10- 15 cabe hijau besar
7 cabe rawit pedas ( optional buat yang suka pedas aja )
3-4 tomat hijau
6 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
2-3 daun jeruk nipis
1 sendok makan garam ( masukan 1/2 sendok makan dulu lalu tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit sambil dicicipi sampai rasanya pas )
1 sendok makan penyedap rasa
4 sendok makan minyak atau secukupnya untuk menggoreng bumbu
cara membuatnya:
1. kukus cabe hijau, tomat hijau, bawang merah dan bawang putih sampe layu ( kurang lebih 20 -30 menit atau sampai layu )
2. transfer semua bahan ke ulekan dan tumbuk kasar, ga usah halus2 banget
3. siapkan wajan penggorengan lalu kasi minyak secukupnya dan goreng sambal hijau tercium bau harum, lalu tambahkan daun jeruk nipis, garam dan penyedap rasa. masukan garam sedikit demi sedikit sambil dicicipi sampai rasanya pas.
5. aduk2 sampe merata dan matang kurang lebih sekitar 8- 10 menit sambil diaduk2 lalu angkat dan sajikan
note: kalo yang suka manis boleh silahkan tambahkan gula sesuai selera. sesuai sukanya masing2 yah
Green Chilli Sambal Recipe
Ingredients:
10-15 green chilli
6 shallots
5 garlic
7 green birds eye chilli ( optional, only if you like spicy food )
3-4 green tomatoes
2-3 lime leaves
1 tablespoon salt ( start with 1/2 tablespoon then adding bit by bit until you get what you want )
1 tablespoon seasoning (optional )
4 tablespoon oil for frying or as needed
how to make it:
1. Steam the green chili, green tomatoes, garlic, shallot until they are soft (approx. 10- 15 minutes)
2. Transfer all the steamed ingredients to mortar & pestle and grind coarsely, dont need to be too smooth
3.Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok or saucepan. Add in sambal ijo, and fry over medium heat until fragrant for about about 8- 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
4. add in lime leaves, salt ( adding bit by bit until you get the taste you want ), seasoning (optional) and this is optional, you can add sugar if you like, keep stirring to prevent burning.
5. keep stiring and taste it, based on your preference, adjust the seasoning or add salt to your taste. let sambal ijo cool completely then store it in an air-tight jar or container & keep in a fridge. Sambal will stay good for 2 weeks. you can also freeze sambal ijo in freezer for longer period up to 3 months.
