Resep Kembang Kol/Bunga Kol Keju Panggang - Cheesy Cauliflower Recipe

Cheesy cauliflower is so easy to make and its so delicious.

Bahan - Bahan:
1 tangkai besar bunga kol putih1/2 cup heavy cream
500 ml susu cair
4 Sdm Tepung
100 gr mentega
garam & lada hitam secukupnya
1 cup keju chedar
1/2 cup keju parmesan

Cara Membuatnya:
1. cuci dan bersihkan dan potong2 1 tangkai bunga kol/kembang kol ukuran besar menjadi ukuran kecil

2. masak air di panci sampai mendidih lalu masukan potongan bunga kolnya lalu rebus sampai lunak sekitar 8-10 menit lalu saring dan buang airnya dan taruh kembang kol di loyang buat nantinya kita panggang

3. kita buat saos kejunya : kita lelehkan menteganya di panci, lalu masukan tepung terigunya lalu aduk2 sampe merata lalu tuang heavy cream nya dan aduk2 lagi sampe merata, aduk 2 sampe agak mengental lalu masukan susu cairnya dan aduk2 lagi sampe agak mengental lalu masukan parutan keju chedar dan keju parmesan lalu masukan garam dan lada hitam dan aduk2 sampe merata dan sampe kejunya meleleh  lalu tuang saos ke rebusan kembang kol/bunga kol tadi, ratakan ke seluruh bagian agar sema saos keju merata

4. panggang di oven dengan suhu 180 C selama 20 - 25 menit atau sampe kejunya meleleh dan berwarna kuning keemasan.




Ingredients
1 large heads cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup heavy cream
500 ml milk
4 Tbsp Flour
100 gr butter
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup  Parmesan cheese

How To Make it :

1.  wash and clean 1 large cauliflower  then cut up into small bite size pieces or whatever shape and size you desire.

2. in a large pot, add enough water, bring to boil, then add cauliflower pieces into the boiling water and leave it to cook for about 8 -10 minutes, then drain well.

3. Drain the cauliflower, then tip into an ovenproof dish.

4. To make the cheese sauce, start by melting the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan and then add the flour. Use a whisk or wooden spoon to mix them together until all combined, Pour in the heavy cream and whisk or stir continuously until the mixture has thickened up then add milk and keep stirring continuously.

5.  Then add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese and stir well. Season with salt and white pepper,
. Continue to do this until the sauce has thickened

6. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the top with more grated cheddar and Parmesan cheese then bake in an oven  180 C until the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
