Cara Membuat Domba Panggang
Bahan - bahan :
1/2 cup ( 125 ml) minyak goreng
1 Sdm Basil
1 Sdm Sage
1 Sdm thyme
1 Sdm garam
1 Sdm lada hitam
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Sage
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
How to make it :
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F
3. Pat lamb dry with paper towel then make a number of small incisions all over the lamb and cut slits in the top of the leg of lamb to push slices of garlic and rosemary down into the meat
4. rub mixture all over lamb then starts pushing garlic ( if garlic too big cut in half or more ) and small sprigs of rosemary down into each slit in the lamb
5. Cover and marinate in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight
6. roast the lamb in the oven for 45 minute at 200˚C / 400°F or if you prefer your meat well done, cook a bit longer
7. remove the lamb from the oven and cover with foil and leave it to rest for about 15- 20 minutes.Carve the lamb into thin slices and serve

bawang putih dan daun rosemary secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
1. kita buat marinasinya dulu, di wadah kita masukan minyak goreng basil, sage, thyme, garam dan lada hitam lalu aduk aduk sampe merata
2. kita bersihkan kaki domba, lalu iris2 sedikit di atasnya.
3. kita oleskan marinasinya ke seluruh bagian daging sampe merata
4. lalu kita sisipkan bawang putih dan daun rosemary ke irisan yang kita buat tadi, kalo kurang, boleh pake pisau dan ditusuk sedikit untuk dimasukan bawang putih
5. setelah selesai, kita biarkan di lemari es untuk di marinasi selama 1 sampe 3 jam atau kalo semalaman juga boleh
6. lalu panggang di oven dengan suhu 200 C selama 45 menit atau sampai matang
7. setelah matang lalu kita keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan resting selama 15 - 20 menit
8. iris2 dagingnya tipis2 dan sajikan
