Resep Ayam Kecap ( Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce Chicken )

Resep Ayam Kecap ( Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce Chicken ), cara membuat ayam kecap - how to make Indonesian soy sauce chicken,  resep dan cara membuat ayam kecap, cara bikin ayam kecap, memasak ayam kecap - Indonesian soy sauce chicken recipe.

AYAM KECAP
Bahan - Bahan :
1 kg ayam potong2
1 tomat
1 Bawang bombay
1 daun sereh
3 daun salam
2 daun jeruk
1 cm lengkuas
5 sendok makan kecap manis atau secukupnya sesuai selera
air secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya
gula dan garam secukupnya sesuai selera

bumbu halus:
6 bawang merah
4 bawang putih
1 cm jahe
1 sendok teh merica/lada putih
1/2 sdt ketumbar
4 buah kemiri
air 1 gelas/250ml biar gampang blendernya


Untuk Marinasi ayam:
1 jeruk nipis
1 sendok makan garam
1 sendok makan bubuk kaldu rasa ayam biar gurih rasanya


Cara membuatnya:

1. Marinasi ayam dengan  bumbu marinasi sampe tercampur merata lalu  biarkan dimarinasi selama 20 - 30 menit lalu goreng ayamnya sampe setengah matang.

2. kita buat bumbu halusnya, boleh digerus, pake blender atau pake food processor terserah yah yang penting halus.setelah bumbunya halus lalu kita tumis dengan sedikit minyak sampe harum baunya lalu kita masukan, lengkuas, sereh, salam, daun jeruk nipis, irisan tomat, irisan bawang bombay dan irisan daun bawang lalu aduk2 sampe merata dan lalu masukan juga 1 gelas air ( 250 ml ) dan masukan kecap manis sesuai selera dan aduk2 sampe bumbunya tercampur merata dan biarkan masak sampe airnya menyusut dan bumbunya meresap

3. Setelah airnya menyusut dan bumbunya meresap, kita cicipi, kurang apa? garam? gula? merica? kecap? tambahi kekurangannya sesuai selera dan cicipi lagi, setelah rasanya pas, matikan api dan sajikan

INDONESIAN SOY SAUCE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken piecies
1 tomato
1 brown onion
1 stalk lemon grass
3 bay leaves
2 lime leaves
1 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
5 Tbsp indonesian sweet soy sauce ( add more if needed )
oil for frying as needed
salt and sugar as needed ( to taste)


spices to grind :
6 shallot
4 garlic
1 cm ginger
1 teaspoon white pepper/pepper powder
1/2 tsp coriander seed or powder
4 candlenuts
1 cup of water /250ml

Spices for marinating the chicken
1 lime, cut in half
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chicken powder seasoning

How To Make it :
1. marinade the chicken with lime juice, salt and chicken powder seasoning and leave it to marinade for about 20 to 30 minutes. after 30 mins, then fry the chicken until halfway done

2. to grind the spice paste, you can use pestle  & mortar or blender or food processor until smooth. after the spice paste is smooth then fry the paste until fragrance, then add in galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves, 1 stalk of lemon grass, chopped up onion and tomato, then add in 1 glass of water and add in Indonesian sweet soy sauce ( kecap manis ) and mix it, stir it until all ingredients are all combined. leave it to cook until all the liquid has reduced

3. After the liquid has reduce  down to thick gravy, give it a taste, see if you need to add more salt or add in sugar or add in more soy sauce, then add it if needed then taste again. then turn off the stove and serve it
