How to make Vegetable fritters - Vegetable fritters recipe, resep bakwan sayur empuk didalam dan renyah garing crispy di luar. Resep dan cara membuat bakwan sayur atau biasa juga disebut bala bala


Cara Membuat Bakwan Sayur/bala bala (Vegetable fritters recipe)

Bahan - bahan :
250 gram terigu
100gr kol, iris2 halus
1 wortel,iris2 tipis atau boleh diparut
2 daun bawang, iris2 tipis
100 gr taoge/toge/tokol
1 sdm penyedap rasa
1 sdt lada putih
1 sdm garam secukupnya ( sesuai selera asinnya)
Air secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu halus
3 butir Kemiri
4 siung bawang putih
3 Buah cabe ( optional, ini ditambahkan buat yang suka pedas aja ) 


Cara membuat
1. potong2 sayuran, iris2 halus
2. haluskan bumbunya, boleh digerus atau boleh pake blender terserah yang gampang yang mana boleh, suka2 masing2 yang penting halus bumbunya
3. Campur semua bahan jadi satu tambahkan air secukupnya aduk rata, cicipi kurang apa, tambahi kekurangannya lalu goreng dalam minyak panas yang banyak sampai kekuningan dan matang, lalu angkat, tiriskan dan sajikan.

How To make BAKWAN (Indonesian Vegetable Fritters)
Ingredients:
2 Cups  (250 gr / 8 ounces ) flour
1 carrot
2 stalk spring onion
a cabbage cut into wedge ( 100 gr )
1 cup ( 100 gr ) bean sprout
1 tbsp chicken seasoning powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp salt ( or use more if you like salt)
1 cup of water or use more as needed
oil as needed for frying

spices to blend/grind:
3 candlenut
4 garlic
3 chili ( optional, add only if you like spicy food )

how to make it :
1. cut/shop all the vegetables thinly
2. blend the spice, you can use blender or Pestle & Mortar or anything as long as the spices smooth
3. mix and combine all ingredients in a bowl and add in water and taste, add in more salt or water as needed according to your taste then fry until golden brown, turning once and once golden brown, transfer to paper towel to drain off the excess oil, then serve
