RESEP Chicken Schnitzel
Bahan - Bahan :
 2 dada ayam, iris jadi dua,lalu di gepuk2 menjadi pipih/tipis
2 cup (250gr) Breadcrumb
1 cup (120gr) tepung terigu
1/3 cup ( 40gr) keju parmesan
1 lemon, parut kulitnya ( buat lemon zest)
1 sdm Parsley
1 ssdm bawang putih bubuk
1 sdm Garam
1 sdm Lada hitam
minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng

CARA MEMBUATNYA :
1. kocok telur bersama susu cair, lalu sisihkan


2. di wadah, masukan breadcrumbnya, garam, daun parsley, lada hitam, bawang putih bubuk, keju Parmesan, lemon zest atau parutan kulit jeruk lemon, lalu aduk2 sampe merata.


3. di wadah lainnya, kita masukan tepung teigu, kita kasih sedikit garam dan lada hitam secukupnya lalu aduk2 sampe merata


4. belah dada ayam utuh menjadi dua bagian lalu di pukul2, atau di geprek2 sampa menjadi tipis


5.lalu guling dada ayam ke tepung terigu, lalu ke kocokan telur dan susu tadi lalu guling ke breadcrumbnya



6. panaskan panci, lalu kasi miyak secukupnya , lalu goreng dada ayam sampe kedua sisinya matang berwana kuning coklat keemasan






How To Make Chicken Schnitzel  

Ingredients :
2 Chicken Breast
2 cup(250gr) Breadcrumb
1 cup(120gr) Plain flour
1/3 cup (40gr) Parmesan Cheese
grated zest of 1 lemon, plus wedges to serve
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Salt & Pepper
oil to shallow-fry

HOW TO MAKE IT :
1. whisk an egg with milk, then set it aside
2. in a bowl, add in breadcrumb, salt, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, Lemon zest, then mix it thoroughly
3. in another bowl, add in flour, then add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix it well
4. Cut the chicken in half then use whatever you have, a mallet or rolling pin,  or anything  to pound the chicken breasts until they are thin
5. Heat 2cm oil in a frypan over medium heat and shallow fry chicken breast  for 4-5 minutes each side until golden. Drain on paper towel .
