1 kg ayam di potong2
sesame seed untuk garnish
minyak goreng untuk menggoreng secukupnya
Bahan Marinasi ayam :
1 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh lada hitam
3 bawang putih cincang halus,
1 ruas jahe, parut halus
Bahan tepung :
1 cup ( 120 grams) corn starch/potato starch atau tepung jagung/ Tepung maizena
80 grams Tepung Terigu
1 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh lada hitam
1 sendok teh jahe bubuk
1 sendok teh bawang putih bubuk
1 sendok teh baking soda
Bahan tepung basah:
3 sendok makan tepung kering
1 telur
air secukupnya untuk mengencerkan
For chicken marinade :
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
a knob of ginger ( around 1 inch )
For the dry Flour coating :
1 Cup ( 120 Grams) Corn starch/Potato starch
80 Grams plain flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon ground ginger
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon baking soda
For the wet flour mixture :
1 egg
3 tablespoon of dry flour mixture
3 tablespoon of water or as needed

yang lagi nyari ide buat masakan ayam, cobain yuk resep yang satu ini, masakan ayam ala korea.
Rasanya enak, ada manisnya, ada asemnya ada pedasnya, pokoknya mantap deh. Ayam goreng ini rasanya crunchy, krispi banget di luar, dan bagian dalamnya juicy dan empuk banget. yang mau pake nasi hangat makannya boleh, kalo mau makannya sama kentang goreng juga boleh, yang mau makan ayam goreng korea ini sama salad juga boleh, yang cuma mau makan ayamnya aja dicocol sama sambal pedas juga boleh, suka 2 aja ^.^

4 sendok makan saos cabe korea gochujang ( di supermarket ada, biasanya ada yang ada tanda halalnya dan ada yg ga, lihat sebelum membeli)
2 sendok makan rice vinegar ( cuka beras) atau apple cider vinegar ( cuka apel) atau kalo ga ada pake cuka putih biasa
3 sendok makan corn syrup, kalo ga ada corn syrup boleh diganti sama 3 sdm madu, kalo gak ada madunya, bisa diganti sama gula pasir
Cara Membuatnya:
1. campur semua bahan marinasi ke ayam, lalu aduk2 sampe bumbu merata dan marinasi selama 30 menit ato sampe 1 jam di lemari es.
2. untuk membuat tepung kering: di mangkok /wadah, masukan semua bahan tepung lalu aduk2 semua bahan merata.
3. Untuk membuat tepung basah : di mangkok/wadah, masukan 1 telur, tuang sendok makan tepung kering dan encerkan dengan air secukupnya lalu masukan marinasi ayam sambil diaduk2 sampe merata sampe ayamnya dilumuri tepung basah.
4. Celupkan ayam satu persatu ke adonan tepung kering, bolak balik di semua sisi ayamnya sampe semua sisi ayam terbalur dengan bumbu tepung
5. Goreng ayam di suhu tinggi sampe agak matang lalu angkat. biar ayamnya krispi banget, goreng ayam sekali lagi sampe krispi kuning kecoklatan
lalu angkat dan tiriskan
6. untuk saosnya: cinvang halus bawang putih campurkan semua bahan lalu masak di api kecil biar gak cepet gosong, lalu masukan ayam goreng tadi dan aduk2 sampe semua saos tercampur merata dengan ayamnya lalu taburi dengan wijen dan sajikan

Korean Fried Chicken Recipe

For chicken marinade :
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
a knob of ginger ( around 1 inch )
For the dry Flour coating :
1 Cup ( 120 Grams) Corn starch/Potato starch

3 tablespoon of water or as needed
For the sauce :
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
5 Tablespoon Tomato sauce
4 Tablespoon gochujang
2 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar, if you dont have it, you can substitute with apple cider vinegar, if you dont have that too, you can use white vinegar
3 Tablespoon Corn syrup, you can use honey as substitute

How to Make it :
1. To marinade : put the chicken pieces and the marinade seasoning in a bowl and mix it until all combined and marinade for about 30 minutes or up to 1 hour, you can marinade overnight if you want.
2. To make the dry flour mixture : in a bowl, combine flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, ground ginger, garlic powder and baking soda and mix it .
3. to make the wet flour mixture : in a separate bowl, crack in 1 egg then add in 3 tablespoon of the dry flour mixture and then add in 3 tablespoon of water ( add more if needed ) to thin the batter, stir and mix it until all ingredients are all combined and then add in the chicken that we marinade earlier, and mix it all in until all the chicken pieces is coated with the batter.
4. put the chicken in the dry flour mixture until the chicken is coated with flour, coat it on all side to make sure all side is coated with flour.
5. to fry it: in a frying pan add enough oil and then fry it on high heat until done, take it out then we fry again for the 2nd time, double frying to make sure the chicken is super crunchy on the outside and golden brown
6. to make the sauce : in a bowl, add in tomato sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, corn syrup, mix it all together and chopped finely 2 garlic cloves. to cook the sauce, in a frying pan, add in 3 tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic until fragrant then pour in the sauce and cook the sauce in low heat so it wont get burnt too fast, add in the chicken that we fried earlier and mix it with the sauce. Sprinkle sesame seed to the chicken and then serve
